Solverboard has 4 pricing plans:
Starter is our free idea management plan – perfect for capturing and aligning ideas to your strategy and purpose. It allows up to 10 solvers and a platform administrator. To benefit from our full platform features, and manage innovation, you will need to upgrade to one of our paid plans.
Teams is our flexible plan where you can get going and start to manage your innovation process from as little as £32.50 per user/month. The plan also includes 25 Solvers to support continued idea generation. You can add additional Solvers and Professional seats at any time.

All our plans are priced and billed monthly on the anniversary date of joining.
You can pay for Solverboard with any major credit card.
For Business and Enterprise customers wishing to commit to an annual contract we can issue an invoice that is payable by bank transfer. Please call us to arrange.
Myaccount.solverboard.com is your organisational account. It’s where you sign up to Solverboard and manage your account.
You can use myaccount.solverboard to change your subscription package, your number of seats and payment details. We request that each organisation has a Platform Owner that manages your Solverboard account through a separate login to your Solverboard platform.
A user is an account with the permission to log into the application. To use the application a named user must be assigned to a seat. Only one individual, a named person, is permitted per seat. The platform owner assigns users to the seats via the platform application.
We have two types of seats, Solver and Professional. These are purchased as part of our pricing plans or as additional seats through myaccount.solverboard.com. Each seat is then assigned to individual users so they can login to the application. You will be charged for your package and additional seats regardless of whether they are used or not.
You can add or remove users at any time. If you do not have sufficient seats, we’ll ask you to add additional seats before you can invite new team members. Any users that you remove, we recommend that you review your subscription to remove any unused seats or change to a more optimum plan to avoid being charged in the subsequent month.
For any additional seat or package upgrades we pro rata the change at the date of the request and add the amount to your next bill.
Additional seats will be calculated on a pro rata basis on the date of addition, they will be activated at this point and charged on the next billing date.
The upgrade of a package will be calculated on a pro rata basis on the date of upgrade, the new package will be activated at this point and the former package suspended. The adjustment charge will be calculated on the pro rata change in cost of the upgraded package and the pro rata suspension in cost of the former package with the net difference being charged at the next billing date.
You can reduce the number of seats, downgrade your plan or cancel your subscription at any time in the billing period.
The requested changes will be applied on your next billing date and you will be charged at your previous rate up until your next billing date when your subscription will change. The same goes for subscription cancellations.
Note: We never delete customer data through seat reductions or package downgrades only on termination of subscription.

We do not offer refunds.
